Raindrops Keep Fallin'...

It's our third day of rain here--a nice gentle spring rain, for the most part, that we desperately need! But I woke up this moring at 6:15 to a virtual downpour that sounded like someone was pouring a huge bucket of water on my roof. It made me feel especially thankful for a warm, cozy house safe from the elements. It must be time for a fire in the hearth, a cup of cocoa, and a good book to cozy up with for the rest of the day. A little wishful thinking there, but it certainly is tempting!

Now there are only two more days to get your name in the drawing for the rose quartz bracelet. This Monday, my daughter will be drawing the winning name--just leave a comment here to have your name included.

And don't forget the sale as well---buy one item at full price and the second purchase of equal or lesser value is a full 50% off...it's going, going, gone on Monday, February 9.

I love those "cozy" days. I find myself cooking and baking up a storm to provide comfort foods to my family. Either that or a nice movie together in the family room.

How blessed we are.

I'm so thankful that it's not raining here! Although it is VERY cold here in CT. They said 40 degrees today for the high, but I think it feels more like 4 degrees! But no rain in sight! Stay dry! :)

What a gorgeous bracelet! Love the pink and gold combo and the faceted rose quartz is really stunning.

Totally agree Elizabeth--rainy days are usually warm chocolate chip cookie days here, with snuggle time and a movie when Mitch gets home!

Kristen--I'm guessing you'll have a few more winter days left up in Connecticut than we're used to around here! Stay warm!

Thank you Mari--so glad you stopped by!

Chele, at least the rain will help those spring flowers get ready to bloom--I keep trying to look at the bright side, lol.

She of the Blue Lagoon--love the boro beads on your blog today! Thanks for stopping by and the kind words!

Enjoy the rain! A good movie or book and some chocolate is what I enjoy.
